I'll be using the "monobook" skin
Due to this "update" I will no longer being using the normal default Wikia skin (unless they choose to stop breaking ****). I will still edit on Wikia, but I will be using the monobook skin from now on (example). I will still try to make sure any edits I do don't break the design on the default Wikia skin, but if I do something that looks odd, that may be why.
If anyone else wants to use the monobook skin (no ads, among other stuff), you can choose to use it in your Preferences. Note that there are some down sides (such as many Wikia wikis not supporting it, and some stuff horribly breaking, as well as some features being disabled in monobook), but it's nice and simple, and is a more traditional wiki layout.
Small rework
A list of some stuff I'm planning to / want to do. Any thoughts welcome.
- Japanese details should be included on each page
- Japanese name / romaji / literal translation (maybe); many wikis seem to follow the Wikipedia convention of doing it soon after saying the name on the page; but since I'm thinking of making a japanese info section on the infobox, or in an un-named section right below the infobox's image like how the khwiki does for games.
- Currently a game's infobox has an "android" and "ios" section; while this would remain (since it's been expressed people want the "last update" section to remain), it would be kind of weird to have to add a whole new section for "DoCoMo" / "SoftBank!" release dates. So instead of "en"/"jp" before release …
