- "Pocket Academy 3? What happened to Pocket Academy 2?" - In Japan what we call Pocket Academy (1) was actually the second in the series, with what we call "Pocket Academy Zero" being the original Japanese Pocket Academy 1. For whatever reason it seems it was decided to not keep the altered naming convention and it uses the same numbering across languages.
- This is the first Kairosoft game to be a second sequel.
