Improvements (Fish Pond Park)

Improvements can be applied to all tiles except Tourist Centers, Inns, Hot Spring Inns and Hotels. This will increase the tile(s)' stats and may trigger a card to appear in one of the fishing spots.

Tiles with high stats may level up, and doing so may produce different specialties and becomes more likeable to tourists.

Connecting tiles together, have a positive effects to improvements done on the connected tiles. Each tile connected will give an extra percentage bonuses to the improvement effects.

Improvements can't be done on a tile that is designated as touring spot. Also, a tile that's under improvement can't be connected/disconnected until the improvement is done.

Effects

Pop, Env, Fame stats shows effects on the respective stats on the tiles.

Card shows how likely the improvement will trigger a card to appear in fishing spots.
